1. Nature of the Service: Volo Match (“Volo,” “we,” “us”) provides a private, faith-based introduction and facilitation service for adult Catholic individuals discerning marriage. Volo Match is not a dating app, marketplace, or guarantee-based service. We facilitate introductions and provide guidance; outcomes are never promised.*

2. Eligibility - Participants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be U.S. citizens

• Be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church

• Be free to marry under Church law (no pending annulments)

• Be legally capable of entering a marriage 

  
  

Volo Match reserves the right to decline or discontinue service at its discretion.*

3. Vetting & Acceptance: All applicants are personally vetted. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance into the program is determined solely by Volo Match based on alignment with mission, values, readiness, and conduct.*

4. Membership & Payments:

• Only men pay for membership or one-time introductions.

• Women participate in the pool at no cost.

• Payments are requested only after vetting and acceptance.

• Memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions unless cancelled.

• Pricing may change for future members; Founders pricing applies only to those accepted during the Founders Circle period. 

• No refunds are guaranteed once services have been rendered.

5. Refunds & Cancellations: All fees paid to Volo Match are for services rendered, including vetting, coordination, facilitation, and administrative time. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of Volo Match, based on the circumstances of each request. 

Memberships may be cancelled according to the terms of the selected tier; however, cancellation does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund for prior billing periods.*

6. Introductions & Consent:

Introductions are facilitated only after:

• Mutual openness is confirmed

• Both parties consent to proceed 

  
  

Volo Match does not share personal contact information without permission. Either party may decline an introduction at any stage without explanation.*

7. No Guarantees:

Volo Match does not guarantee: 

• A match

• Compatibility

• Courtship

• Engagement or marriage 

  
  

All discernment and relationship decisions remain the responsibility of the individuals involved.*

8. Conduct Expectations: Participants are expected to act with charity, honesty, and respect. Harassment, dishonesty, manipulation, or behavior contrary to Catholic moral teaching may result in immediate removal without refund.*

9. Recording Sessions: Clients may not audio record, video record, screen record, or otherwise capture any Volo Match consultation, coaching session, or communication without the express prior written consent of Volo Match. Unauthorized recording is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.*

10. No-Call / No-Show Policy: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice ("no-call, no-show"), the session will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the session fee. *

11. Platform Use & Communication: Volo Match may utilize third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, email) for communication and coordination. Volo Match is not responsible for actions taken outside its facilitation role.*

12. Limitation of Liability: Volo Match shall not be liable for emotional distress, disappointment, interpersonal conflict, or outcomes arising from introductions. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at one’s own discretion.*

13. Confidentiality and Use of Client Information: Volo Match treats all client information, communications, and materials as confidential and uses them solely to provide matchmaking services. Information is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

We may preserve or disclose relevant information if required by law, to enforce our Terms or Code of Conduct, to resolve disputes, or to protect the rights, safety, or reputation of Volo Match or its clients.*

14. Call Recording and Communication Monitoring: To support service quality, training, accuracy of records, and liability protection, Volo Match reserves the right to record consultations, coaching sessions, interviews, or other business-related communications.

By engaging in scheduled calls or virtual meetings, you acknowledge and consent to the potential recording of such communications.

All recordings are treated as confidential and maintained in accordance with our privacy practice.*

15. Internal Documentation: Volo Match reserves the right to document client interactions, feedback, behavioral concerns, and service history for internal operational purposes, safety considerations, and dispute resolution.*

16. Modification & Termination: Volo Match reserves the right to update these Terms at any time and to terminate participation if continued involvement is not aligned with the mission or standards of the program.*

17. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Volo Match operates.*
